Weapon glitch

This is something new that popped up in my game. I'm through three stages of the main quest line. Got the first BSoD (blue screen) ever on this computer while playing today.

Rebooted, no problem. About three hours into the game today and I switch from ranged to melee weapons. I'm now dual wielding my bow in one hand and the quiver of arrows in the other. They have the graphics of my melee weapons with runes. Not sure why this popped up out of the blue (no pun intended). Anyone else seeing graphical errors with weapons? First time I've noticed it in 26+ hours now.

Also, after combat didn't fix it. Tried unequipping and re-equipping weapons, and then switching from II to I out of combat. Also, not sheathing weapons while other party members have.

I had that graphics glitch once. Quite funny seeing you dude attack with a bow and defend with a quiver!

A quick reload solved it for me and I havn't seen it since.
