100 attack role possible?

My new character had 34 str (highest possible) and the highest single attack role I got was 92. Is rolling a 100 even possible?

Since the game rolls a d20 (twenty sided die), rolling a 100 would certainly be... an achievement.

ok let me rephraze then, is it possible to get a 100 on one of the little red numbers that show up after you attack something. I guess the fact that i put "rolling" in my question confuses people

The red numbers that pop up are actually damage, which are damage rolls. Attack rolls = roll to check wether you hit or miss.

And yes, it is possible to do more than a 100 damage in one hit. Criticals will help.
