Level Error

lo all

Quick question i just started playing and when i logged out i was lvl 5 but when i logged back in to the game i noticed i was back to lvl 1 lol dooh ?

Any ideas why this keeps happening its not the first time

btw i only lose the lvl nothing else

lol well am not sure if am using it irresponsibly :)

But yes i do use it a little atm

i think i know its something to do with the exp points etc if u could explain what am doing wrong :) ?

I dont actually mess with the xp

That is why it's important that you read the entire thread about the editor. Even though it is at it's final release, it is still - in essence - a beta program. Throughout the thread, people were testing and reporting issues with the program - many of which were fixed. However, buried in the topic, you missed this post:

Also, at some point during level 25, the hex values for experience peak. So, if you edit after that point, you will reset your character's level to 25. In this game, though, the character's level doesn't really mean anything, so unless you just want to have a reflection of actual experience gained, there is nothing to worry about.

If you copy the contents of the 'Experience' box into the 'Advance' box when using the editor that should solve the level resetting problem in my experience.
