Hi can anyone tell me how to get paedan to open the door in The Pearl brothel?

go to the market distric and read one of the post about gray wardes that are around the market, they have the password for the door

If I remember correctly they tell you to search the Market for info. At the far north end there is a poster on the wall. You can read the poster and that gives you the password to get them to open up. If that's not the right thing you are trying to find (my apologies) I think the other guy with the Crows that you originally see out in the market will not open the door until you are attacked by the Crow assassin on the world map.

Hope one of these two items are what you are looking for.
