problem in blood of daedra quest hall of judgment

Post by ichibandot@cox. »

I'm in the Hall of Judgment and had just finished freeing the cursed blades. I'm trying to get to the hidden recess that's up near the ceiling in the room you kill the blades warrior in. How do you jump from one of the statues that's up on a raised ledge to this hidden recess to get the chest that's up there? I read in a guide that you're supposed to jump up to the statue that's nearest the hidden recess and then jump across the room to some ledge that's supposed to be above the alcove with the 2 chests - I don't see anywhere to land above this alcove.

Ha! I hope someone knows! I have tried so aften to get to that alcove and failed miserably. Even when wearing the boots of Springheel Jak. (In fact, I don't think those boots do a damned thing except when used in the Final Heist). I had come to the conclusion you are not meant to get up there, but I try every time...

Last resort is use the console command TCL if you're on a PC. Never even knew the chest was there, I'll have to have a look when I get home, but that won't be until Jan 5th.

Slight correction, it's the Blood of the Divines quest IIRC.
