Tweaking Tutu?

Hi all, I just installed BG1 and TotSC and was thinking of doing a whole-saga run, probably with a bard and the canonical party. Trouble is I've gotten used to such tweaks as unlimited arrow/potion/scroll stacking, shapeshifter spellcasting, no XP cap etc. etc. and would really like to get it tweaked a la BG2. Can it be done, and how do I do it? So far the install order is BG1, TotSC, TotSC patch, EasyTutu ToB version, and the BG1 NPC project.

On a slightly different note, I'm kinda torn between a skald (better song and combat bonuses should make the early stages a bit easier, but I'll miss that pickpocketing prowess in the long run) or a vanilla bard (very meh bard song until he gets HLAs, but will be able to steal/shoplift to his heart's content and will fill the gap in BG2 left by Imoen only having Detect Traps and Open Locks). Thoughts?

Why don't you check here for a variety of mods that can help you? And especially consider the Gibberlings Three's BG1 Tweak Pack.

I had that one but it won't work for Tutu, as it turns out you need to use the BG2 Tweakpack on the Tutu directory.
