heeellpppp strange hole in game) posible spoiler

so I lended my dragons age copy to a friend hes been playing for a while but now hes reached a "hole" in the game i cant seem to get him out of it. this is what hes got himself into

hes playing the noble human warrior wielding two weapons, he only has as party members alistare morrigan wynne and dog.(dont ask me how he missed liliana or sten)

so hes already done the wizard tower thing and the dalish elf quests, he went to orzimmar and tried to play both sides, both sides are now angry with him and wont speak with him now he did the coliseum quests and prince bhalen first task he screwed up and well no more task for him.

Is there any way to continue the dwarfs quests?

also he went to redcliff did everything he could do (used the bloodmage route) he found the ashes of andraste healed the arl but now the arl wont trigger the move to denerim and the landsmeet thing he only says gather more allies. I been trying to help him for days but i cant do anything.

does anyone have any advice (i simply told my friend to start over but he doesnt want to lose all of his nice gear)

any help will be appreaciated

Before you can progress to the Landsmeet you need to have ALL the allies on your side.

In the case of the Dwarven contingent, if you have finished the Proving Grounds then you go to Dulin in Tapsters, and finally Lord Harrowmount in his home.

If that doesn't work, reload from a prior saved game.

Gamebanshee doesn't have this quest portion up yet (on the walk-through), and the wikia here isn't exactly fantastic on this subject :

I figured I'd be reading about a hole in the gameworld, like the time I walked through a wall in the Alienage Orphanage and struggled for five minutes before I got out.

I have played the Orzammar part of the game by trying to trick the two candidates for the throne. From what I remember, there were always dialog options when talking to the representatives of the two factions. It is possible that you are encountering a bug.
