Where is the Apprentice pickpocket trainer? Can't find em anywhere.

You're looking for Vollinger. He's in Dernholm, at the King's Inn and Pub. Look for a gnome standing near the bar.

Theif Tech Weapons.

What is the best fast theif weapon? I want a katana, but I can't find it. :l

They spawn randomly with smiths, although not in Shrouded Hills. Tarrant, Ashbury, Dernholm, etc. are all good places to look.
Otherwise, the best weapon depends on your Magical/Tech aptitude.
