First time in Spellhold; In the labyrinth, the chest with heaps of items?

Post by Kerosene »

When you first go in the Spellhold labyrinth, the chest with heaps of items?

3 Medallions, Warn Out Boots, Sundial, Skull, Jar of Water, Wardens Note, and some other stuff, what's it all for? I added a screenshot of the chest, and the items, also labeled. I've seen all the items the last time I played, but I never knew what they were for.

Try moving the cursor around the room a bit and actually read what the "?" says (or use Tabs to highlight all "containers" in the room). Then you should be able to add two and two together and get five...

Wow. I can't believe how stupid I am. :p

Reminds me of Zelda, I'm trying to figure out how the fudge your meant to solve this puzzle, and you finally figure it out and you just think,
"God damn it."

One cannot see the forest for trees often. Anyone who has not done something similar to you or worse raise their hands... no hands raised? thought as much...

Zelda's killer for that, the only games I've found with more "Ohhhh..." :o moments was Return to Zork and that was just plain kooky.

As long as you're doing the Asylum anyway, let me make a suggestion that in a little while 15 mithril tokens is the best way to go.

Spoiler ahoy:
Spoiler
Each of the statues around the chest gives a riddle when clicked on, to which the answer is one of the items in the chest. Match all the riddles to the items for a prize!
