Dropping another member for Sarevok

Post by kiwidoc »

I'm currently playing a game with the glorious Angelo NPC mod In order to get the best out of this mod want to pick up Sarevok as a character in ToB - so I will need to drop Keldorn (I'll let the sweetie go back to his wife and kids :angel :) .

My question is this - when is the last chance I get to drop Keldorn while getting to keep all his equipment. I've given him loads of equipment I want to transfer to Sarevok?

What do you mean? Cant you just keep him until you meet Sarevok and then just drop all his stuff on the ground, kick him out, then pick up your evil brother?

I honestly don't know if I can  When you meet sarevok do you get a chance to do anything before you go into the dialogue when you have to choose to add him or not? If not, do you get a chance to do anything in the pocket plane before you meet Sarevok?

It's been ages since I played ToB so I simply can't remember.

IIRC you should get an autosave before being teleported away from the forest, though a quicksave just after beating the Ilasera wouldn't hurt either. Failing that, you can just resummon Keldy, or drop Sarevok first at the reform party screen, grab your loot from Keldorn, and then replace him. Basically, once you're done killing Ilasera that's the time to get your gear.
Don't worry about it, in other words. :)
