City Core hechman quests

I've found many items in nwn original campaign chapter 1 that are from the hechman from City Core...The problem is how do I get to give the items to them and get my reward...Or...I have to hire them all and lvl up to listen all their tale so I can finish the quests??

You have to listen to their tales to complete the quests. But if you have left a chapter and not completed the quests in that chapter, you can't do the following ones. So make sure to do all the henchmen quests you want to before leaving a chapter.

how do i give the brooch to redtiger

daelan has told me he is looking for his mothers brooch...i have the brooch in my inventory'''but he doesnt give me the amulet
is there some way i can physically put it in his inventory..or do i have to be at a certain level before this happens
i am still in the city core and have not found any of the reagents for aribeth yet

The quests require a certain level of the henchmen to complete. Every time I leveled up I had each henchman level up and spoke with them about their quest. At the correct level Daelen will recognize the brooch and you can complete his, and the other quests for that matter. All chap 1 quests require the same level to complete.
