Lost Helm of Shielding in HOTU

I lost my helmet of shielding and I haven't cleared the mind flayers yet. I got the helm, but I set it down in the strange town. When I cleared the strange town, the cave closed. I went a long way in the game before I realized it.

I think now I'll need to spawn it, but I can't find the code for it. Please help, I want to complete this quest, it is my first time through HOTU.

Maybe it is possible to complete the quest without that helmet. I'll try it after the Daytona 500!!!!
