I'm a bit worried. I spend the last hours playing chapter 1 with one henchmen, but even after gaining a lot of experience she's not letting me start her personal quest. I had intended to level two henchmen because I want both their quest rewards, but now I am wondering if that's even possible.
In theory, how many of the henchmen quests can you complete during the course of the game?
Note: I never played with the henchmen before, but the PRC warlock built I made is a bit weak and needs special equips.

You can do all the henchman quests ... just invite each one to join you, take them to somewhere neutral like the temple and ask them to wait there when you remove them from your party. Every time you level up, go back and invite each one in turn, going through all their dialogue, and then release them again to wait til you level up next time. Once you have the quests, just give them the items through dialogue as and when you find them.

Success takes commitment. In a bacon and eggs breakfast the chicken is involved but the pig is committed...be the pig!!!
