party storage chest

I just found it . I looked up on search and it talks about mods. As far as I know I do not have any mods nor would I know how to get them. When I clicked on the chest it opened up like I could actually store something there but it wouldn't let me do anything. What gives?

The only party storage chest I know of (that doesn't require mods) is included in the Warden's Keep DLC. Is that the one you are referring to? If so it should be available to you in the keep's courtyard after you complete that quest.

Unless you downloaded and installed the mod, the only chests you should find in your campsite are the ones that you use to donate things to each of your allies. As you get the treaty quests done for the dwarves, elve etc you'll get a representative from each faction in your camp and will be able to give certain items to them via a chest. Is it possible that this is the chest you found in camp?

It is in the wardens keep.
