I am on level 4, I have killed the mind flayer, but only gone one part of the 2 rods needed to enter the final chamber... I have searched and searched but cannot find the other one.
I am trying to get around by either creating the rod needed, I cannot find the command, or by teleporting to my mouse pointer by using pressing CTRL and ] key at the same time, but it is not working, any clue what I am doing wrong?
I really dont want to go WAY back to a previous save, it would mean doing watcher's levels 2 and 3 completely over as well as another bunch of quests.

If memory servers, the first part of the rod acts as a key to a previously open door, where you should find the second half.
