As many of you may have understood, I am referring to the approval bugs (not the quest bugs) of one of the buggiest NPCs ever, Sigrun. Whenever an action of mine (be it gift- or dialogue-wise) is about to increase her approval rating, it skyrockets to 100, only without the skills that she should gain. Is there a way to avoid this phenomenon?
On a side-note I am also experiencing problems with pick-pocketing. Although my pick-pocket attempts (using Howe Jr.) seem to be successful, I don't receive any new items in my inventory. I don't know if this is a common bug, or occurs only on my installation.

There were a host of bugs introduced with the 1.03 patch, the most notable (and possibly least inconvenient) of which is the Pickpocketing bug. There is an unofficial fix for this that can be downloaded from the Bioware Social Network.

There is also one that fixes your Dog's ability to find stuff:

As the for approval bug, I encountered this as well for both Sigrun and Justice, others have posted this bug on the Bioware Social Network forums and fingers crossed it will be sorted in the next patch - whenever that might be.

Two wrongs don't make a right... but three lefts do!

Too late to try that; I've already completed most of these quests.vio wrote:I haven't tested it yet, but I read that if you put off the Blight Orfan's quests until you encounter the approval bugs you can use the approval reduction from some of their quests to fix it
Justice has been working fine in my game so far.Darth Gavinius wrote:As the for approval bug, I encountered this as well for both Sigrun and Justice, others have posted this bug on the Bioware Social Network forums and fingers crossed it will be sorted in the next patch - whenever that might be.
Do they even play-test stuff anymore? This has totally spoiled the game for me. The game (Awakening) doesn't have much story content, and the various bugs reduce it even further.
Marketing killed the RPG for Bioware it seems...
