Legend Hand of God on a Notebook?

Post by Kharaxus »

I downloaded Legend Hand of God using D2D. I have done this before on a seperate computer, but on this Notebook Im using the game starts, then lags big time. I have tried re-installing graphics drivers, diminishing graphic card performance, etc., but the game graphics are way too slow.

Here's the thing. My Notebook has a Geforce 8(m) series video card, 3gig RAM, 2.1 dual core processor......but the hard drive is a 5400RPM. The other computer I had tried playing this game on was a 7200. Is the gameplay because of my hard drive? Would that affect graphics performance?

This Notebook Im using has Win 7, other computer had Vista Home Premium.

Or is it because Im using Directx 11 in general?

There is no way the RPM of a hard drive will affect a game's FPS. My guess is that your graphics card isn't up to the challenge. I did a quick Google search on the minimum system requirements and saw that it does demand a rather beefy GPU to run. I.e If your laptop is running a 8400/8600 card, then that is most likely the culprit.
