Well I am having trouble with vehicles. I have searched the walkthrough, If there is something there I am missing it. I also couldn't find anything in the read me file.
How do put your whole team in a vehicle? I'm in St. louis right now with an APC.
Do vehicles have weapons? And if so how do you use them?

Every day above ground is a good day.(Unless your an Illithid)
To enter / exit vehicles ctrl + left click on it / ground next to it.
Only one vehicle has its own weapon, you'll know which one is it once you find it. It DOES need ammo however, and it is unlikely that you'll buy it anyway.
Every vehicle has a limit of people it can take. The hammer can take whole party, while a small buggy that you'll encoutner at some point only two at a time.
Squad can fire from within the vehicle. Even your driver can fire if you tell him to equip weapon and not the sterring wheel.
Vehicles have limited amount of "hit points" and after dropping to 0 they will blow up. You CAN NOT take a vehicle to a mission with you. You can only use ones that are on the map already.
The main use for them is item storage and running away from random encounters. APC however can be used to easily wipe out the two Browing mutants that guard the heavily fortified base. (The two mutants with uranium bullets, who will tear you a new one)
