Level 50 character !!!

Has anyone ever reached to the level 50 in characters (Geralt's expirience level) ? Can anyone tell me is there any special bonus for reaching maximum expirience level ! I'm on level 43 , and I am curious is it worth of effort to get to 50 ... Thanks :) :angel:
