Probable noob question about deities lol
most Deities have the outsider type, does that mean a deity has all the features (i.e. 8-sided HD, 8 skill points per HD, etc) and traits of an outsider?

Yes they do, for rules in which deities actually have statistics that is (instead of just being immortal and unkillable)....
