DLC problems

Hi all,

I've got some problems with the DLC packages.
I'm playing the PC version of DAO and DAO:A, I've bought them and the DLC's perfectly legal.
With the game three vouchers came to acquire the Pearl of the Annointed, the Blood Armour and the quest to get Shale.
When I registered the games all went fine, also registering the afore mentioned DLC's went fine. Now comes the problem; they don't show up in the Downloaded Content menu.
The Awakening expansion does show up. I'm also sufficiently progressed in the game to actually be able to play the DLC of Shale. So I can't think of anything that could cause this.
To see if I could buy points to buy other DLC's I got ahead and bought a few points and got myself the pranks DLC (I believe those will show up at Wade's Emporium). But all went as before; the DLC doesn't show up in the Downloaded Content menu hence I can't use them in the game.

So far the techies of Bioware were less than helpfull, maybe you fine people could help me?

You could try manually installing your DLC.

Naar wat ik er van kan opmaken is dat ik DAO niet als administrator opstartte. Maar echt zeker weet ik dit niet.
Hmm... wat is Vista toch een draak van een programma...

@Timstone,
I don't want to sound like the language police, and sounds as though you are aware of this anyway...

But, since the board is frequented by many nationalities we use English as the "common tongue".
Besides, that way you also increase your chances of getting help. Though, if my very rusty Dutch is anything to go by, I have the impression your problem might be solved?

Don't worry about any mistakes you might make in English, people post here from many different nations, and we are all very understanding of that. I also see from your first post that your command of English is better than that of many native speakers I've seen

Obviously, though, do feel free to communicate via Private Message in any language you want.

Under Downloadable Content, there are three tabs: Available Content, Download Progress, and Installed Content. Every available DLC should show up under one of those tabs whether you've purchased it or not. Are you saying that Warden's Keep (for example) isn't showing up in any of the tabs?

Also, just to be clear, you need to log into the game using the same account you used to purchase the DLCs.

I'm terribly sorry Dragon Wench. I should have known better than that. Shame on me.

The problem indeed is solved much to my satisfaction.
I guess the cause of the problem were the administrator rights needed. I ran the program in my own profile where I should have used the administrator profile. With a quick switch in the options for the .exe file I solved it. I hate those mutiple screens of Vista to confirm and reafirm your choice. It's all hidden away way too far.
But thanks again for showing my oversight and the great and swift help of the people on this forum.
