I've gone thru the whse., dispatched the Mechs, and gone up the ramp. I can see Harkins high up looking down at me but I can't get up there.....there's no place left to walk, I can't climb any higher...????? I must be missing something here. Is there a hidden elevator or something ???

By mechs I assume you mean the two YMIR Mechs that round off the fighting in that level, no?

If that is the case, then you should try climbing the platform to your left, or Harkin's right. There shouldn't be any hidden elevators or such keeping you from him once the aforementioned YMIRs go down.

Some platforms should rise up on the left as you approach the edge. then you have to do that weird wall hug climb move to climb up because no one jumps in ME except in cutscenes.
