Nobody is EVER done with BGII

Post by Pellinore »

This much is true. I thought it was shelved for good the last time I finished it. But, once again, I am here making a new character. I have decided to make the protagonist with pitiful ability scores. He is a weakling who isn't really good at anything, slightly less than average. I am using canon party only (Minsc, Jah, Immie) except for side quests. I *may* use Yoshi.

1) Protagonist: Fighter/Thief/Mage with minimal stats, fighting with a staff and having a small spellbook will make things difficult.

2) By being triple multi classed should keep me a bit underpowered due to slow level progression but still useful.

3) Weak Strength and con should make me quite fragile in the beginning...

I've tried a minimum stats game before, and it was really fun. You really learn to appreciate potions then, although having being part mage does make your life easier towards the later stages of the game.

I'd keep shoplifting in mind if I were you. Shapechange also.
