Any way to avoid the introduction?

Post by cadfael »

The first few times the introduction is interesting but becomes rather annoying as time goes on. Is there a way to avoid having to wait for this intro to finish and go straight to "Saved games"?

The only way is to keep pressing 'Esc'. Other than that, nothing. Tried tweaking the ini files but it did nothing and the same goes for deleting the intro movie files (the only difference is there is no video but the sound from the movie will play from start to finish).
''They say truth is the first casualty of war. But who defines what's true? Truth is just a matter of perspective. The duty of every soldier is to protect the innocent, and sometimes that means preserving the lie of good and evil, that war isn't just natural selection played out on a grand scale. The only truth I found is that the world we live in is a giant tinderbox. All it takes...is someone to light the match" - Captain Price

Pressing "Escape" a couple of times did it. Thanks much!

Another helpful tip I find is during re-loads which involve long speaches or interation is to tap the space-bar which skips you forward, depending on how many times you do it until you arrive at the place you wish to be
