Anyhow, you can only use levitation to get there, BUT that is not where the cube is! Remember when you first entered Arkngthand? The first area is a very large, open area. Sort of an open cavern with Dwemer architecture sticking out here and there. From the entrance, the path spirals down a bit until you reach the bottom of this large, open area. By this time you'll probably be attacked by two bandits, who are waiting on a Dwemer sort of platform that has three doors.
The trick is not to go through any of them however. Above the area with the three doors is another platform. You don't need levitation to get there, to the left there is a rockface that acts as sort of a bridge to it. It's easy to miss, since it has the same texture as the rest of that cave-ish area. Now, once you are on that upper platform you'll find that there is only one door.
The rest you can figure out yourself. Note that Gamebanshee has pretty decent walkthroughs if you get stuck again.
