Which stats affect dialogue branching?

I can't determine if it is Charisma alone, or Intellect too. If so, can you suggest me how much of each to get the best of the dialogues available? Thanks!

As far as I know, stats don't influence dialogue in any way. Only classes matter for some sidequests.

There are also a few stats based options. 15 cha covers most of them, there's also one option which yields quite some XP in HoW which requires at least 14 int or wis.
