Best alignment for a fighter-mage?

Best alignment for a fighter-mage?

I'm thinking of making a fighter-mage as a support DPS for my group. Basically a gnome illusionist, using a bow (the Sseth) most of the time and quick at using lots of snare spells during swarms.

But I haven't paid attention yet to the alignment-restricted items. What do you suggest about this? The Evil Archmagi robe I can do without, however I'm not so knowledgeable about the rest.

Take a good aligned fighter/illusionist. The best helmet in the game can only used by good aligned gnomes or halflings.
