No internet porn is not illegal unless it specifically caters to those under 18 years of age or is of (ew, gross) children obviously... you have nothing to worry about dude, but I wouldnt let your parents catch you . It isn't illegal but might result in a long grounding...

I have to admit, Id be apprehensive about doing this, Steven. As I said before, usually things involving nudity and underaged people dont mix... for good reasons, some of the time.

I found no actual laws, as modding has not come up in any cases that really required recognition. Some were really close.

Don't cheapen KoToR like that, Stuff like this is breaking no laws but it is breaking THE JEDI CODE: ANy ways I don't like Nude Mods unless other characters in game recognize you are nude. Like in morrowind (even though its not a mod) take off your clothes and the NPCs sense it.

Buck doesn't seem to mind, so back it goes, open again. As long as it avoids references to sexual conduct in the game--which, if you can't manage it on your own in reallife, should involve a complete abandonment of games, guys.

I have the mod. Actually there was another nude mod posted in a tweak download on pcgamemods when that site still was up. I have it too. I heard there are other chick characters with similar mods. Infact I have the mira open top skin from pcgamemods when that was up too.

The creator of the mod in topic I did pm one time about it asking him if he made more mods like this. He just said he's gotten tired of people asking him about it. Here's the thing though. By putting something like that out you should be adult enough and responsible enough to realize the consequences/repercusions of putting that kind of download out.

So yeah I agree it's not illegal. Heck all they can do is ban you or bad mother you. Not much of a threat since it's easy to get your ip address changes or use tor or things like that too. However, you need to realize also if too many people get the download lucasarts might do what the company that made the tomb raider game did. You could for a time get the tomb raider chick nude. Now you can't. Also things like this could cause the rating of a game like this to change. Those are my thoughts on the matter.

Hiya all, dunno how many people are reading this forum anymore, but as I used to work in a police dept. I think I can give a little bit of an "expert's" opinion on this topic. In the US, at any rate.. the "Age of Majority" is 18. Anywhere you look, inside or outside the US, laws state, "It is illegal for anyone below the "Age of Majority" to view pornographic material. This includes "Artistic Nudes". There was a case here locally, I would have to look it up, but a 16 year old was fined for possession of "Artistic Nudes", even though these images were not intended for pornographic use, the fact that they were full body nudes, and possessed by a minor was illegal. Basically, it is illegal for anyone below the "Age of Majority" to possess any form of nudity, used in any way, simply because it COULD be used for a pornographic purpose. This would include the nude Bastilla in question, because it would fall under the category of "Artistic Nude". In other words, not intended for pornographic use, but there is still that potential.

In any case, its not the minor who would get the penalty for seeing nude stuff, it would be the guy who gave the minor said stuff.

Or at least thats how it is in all countries with a law that makes sense ... and the USA isnt on that list.

Dont think this is true, since that would mean its an international law, and im pretty sure it isn't. Alot of countries have similiar laws, but even then you should look at the way that law is carried out. In belgium, you probably wouldn't be arrested when watching 'nude' underaged, even though there is the law against it. Law and the way its carried out are most of the time completly different, because all kind of reasons. So, you should always look at what the execution of laws are in your country. Though, im pretty sure that united states law carries out that law, though i cannot say for sure.
