BG1 TotSC technical problem

So i have installed BG1+TotSC and when i try to run it, it says "This version will only run on English language operating systems!" even though my winXP is as english as it gets

. Any1 knows what's the problem and most important what's the solution?

Maybe you can still run them through Tutu?

Ok, i got a working copy of BG1 and BG2 and i am installing easytutu atm. Now please tell me, does tutu remove the level cap from the first BG or i need to do it additionally?

It doesn't remove the level cap. It does however store any surplus XP you obtain in BG1 for use in BG2. This means you'll gain a few extra levels once you start out in BG2.

I did a quick search on xp cap removers in Tutu, and found this: BioWare Forums: How to remove exp cap BG Tutu

Unfortunately I do not have time right now to read it.
