Guys, i forgot to pick purdue's short sword from the gnolls and now it dissapeared. Is it possible to get it back somehow? It's just the entry in the journal that bothers me and i want to get rid of it .

You can use Shadowkeeper to alter your savegame and put it into your inventory. Not sure if that takes care of the journal entry though. If it doesn't, you may want to try dropping it on the floor, then picking it up again so you pick up the item in-game rather than through an altered savegame.
