Wynne's Nightmare

I'm confused. About three days ago I started this thread. I've received replies to my questions and posted replies to them. Today when I search for the thread the system tellls me it isn't there and also that I've never posted any messages to this forum! What's going on?

I'll repeat my problem. I have DAO Ultimate Edition. I downloaded patch 1.04 but have not downloaded any other files or helps of any kind.

I am in the Fade where I have defeated all of the demons except the Sloth Demon. I have rescued Alastair and Morganna from their Nightmares. When I try to go to Wynne's Nightmare the system simply ignores me.

I was told by one of the people who replied to my problem that I could go to the Inner Sanctum and fight the Sloth Demon without going to my companions' nightmares. I've tried that and the system ignores me.

I have tried to go to both Wynne's Nightmae and the Inner Sanctum from every "room" in the Fade and the system ignores me.

I have tried going back to an earler save game with the same result.

Can anyone help me out there? I can't go any further in the game until I get past this point!

The sys admin is doing some work on servers which causes some instability.

Could you try to link a screens shot of your fade map as seen from when you move between the islands?

Can you tell me how to do that? About the only thing I know how to do is send e-mails and play games.

I was mostly interested in if all fade islands had been completed fully (outside Wynne's Nightmare).
Because as you describe the game doesn't allow you to move to neither the boss island or Wynne, it does sound a little like not all paths are open and thereby all side islands are completed.
And that's - IIRC - visible from the fade map.

Thanks for the tip. I looked at the Fade screen again and apparently I had not completely finished the Burning Man dream. I remember killing Rhagos but maybe I didn't save after I did that. Anyway, I went back and killed him and now I've rescued Wynne and we're fighting the Sloth Demon.
