This question relates to KotOR 1.
I'm on Korriban right now, in the tomb of Ajunta Pall. I have HK-47 and Jolee Bindo in my party. I've finished the tomb but Jolee refuses to follow me. He just stands next to Ajunta Pall's sarcophagus, and I can't leave the tomb because of it. I can't even talk to him. Is there something I can do to kick him into motion?
Party member freezing problem
Yes. When I take control of Bindo, my character will follow. I was able to briefly correct the problem by manually moving Jolee to the exit. When I exited the tomb, he was still frozen. Strangely, once outside, I switched in out of my party, and then back in and it seemed to correct the issue. However it came back.
In addition, HK47 is doing it now as well, and the "switch out" trick doesn't work at all. They don't even attack in combat, they just stand with weapons ready getting beat on, and won't attack unless I take direct control. Other companions function normally.
This condition persists between loads, game shutdowns, and computer restarts.
This is really bellow average. HK47 and Bindo are by favorite companions. I've been using Canderous and Juhani, but it just isn't he same without HK47 suggesting we kill everyone and Jolee being the snarky old fart he is (Sith: "Do you know how many Sith there are here?" Jolee: "Twelve? No, thirteen!").
EDIT: Ok, after some fiddling, I can provide some extra information. If I switch them out of my party, and then put them back, they will follow. They still won't attack, and if I try to talk to them they freeze up completely. It's like when they have to change "states" (following, combat, or conversation) they freeze up.
I have the Steam version and I tried verifying the game files. While it did say it found a bad file, it did not fix this problem.

Haven't seen mention of this problem.
Have you updated? And if so, before starting a new game or during (which is not recommended). Does the problem occur on other planets?
Have you tried replaying part from an earlier save? If save/reload doesn't work something is screwed up that doesn't get 'fixed' after a reload. But the problem might be absent in an earlier save of your game,
Assuming Korriban is your last star map (after Dantooine, Tatooine, Kashyyk and Manaan) you could finish it without them, iirc you've seen their best lines (but I never use HK much). Only if you haven't been to Manaan Jolees inactivity would be a problem as he has a sub-mission there.
