Savegame files

I haven't been able to load my backup savegames to Icewind Dale.

I made a backup of the savegames few months ago. After that I've formatted my PC and installed exactly the same setup. (Icewind Dale, Heart of Winter and the Trials of the Luremaster). Then I moved the savegame folder (something like 000000012-A9) to mpsave folder and when loading the game it freezes.

I've tried to delete the bitmaps in the savegame folder but it doesn't help.

I'm using Windows 7 and the game is running fine otherwise.

Any suggenstions? I also have backup of Cache folder,temp,config etc. but if I copy all of them to the game folder it doesn't even start.

Nevermind, it's working now. The last couple savegames were corrupted somehow..

Hello IWD'ers!

Could someone send me a savegame file via email? I was at the Start of the Severed Hand Exterior, my comp has gone some weeks ago and I want to be able to continue the story even if not with my original characters...
I was running IWD+HOW+TOTL, no mods.
