Influence G0T0 Vs HK47 and last T3M4 upgrades!

Post by Manzo »

Alrighty...

Without any cheat or spoiling, I just manged to harass the floating droid effectively and reching the "You Droid!" part of the dialogues, with consequent XP and Influence gain.
I gather there's nothing else I can gain from this droid, is there?

As for the Assassination Droid, apart from one piece of dialogue where I can defend droids and gain influence with T3M4, I can's seem to earn influence with HK47 at all.
Is it because I'm full-fledged Light Side and the right answers won't show up?
Or because there's something wrong in the very early answers provided?
I can't recall what I said after I activated it, I was focused on Mira who had just stepped on the Ebon Hawk and quickly manged to increase the number of active Jedis in the galaxy...
What can I do to snatch the benefits from HK47 Influence and conversations?
Is just doesn't work no matter what I say.

Is there something I must do FIRST?
Like, completing G0T0 part of Influence and dialogues?

Lastly, T3M4 won't let me work on him for the last time, I always get an Influence Failure despite the fact I have full influence with him and he's got the shiny flushy thing behind his back as well.
What's wrong?

There are few convo increases for him, I think there's a conversation on the HK-50's where you can make a statement about droids not being furniture, a convo on 'killing jedi' and at some point you get a (well timed) opportunity to say something brutal about npc's keeping you from leaving conversations.

You get, oddly enough, influence with him when you show compassion with Akkere on Dantooine, other then that, most of the actions that would gain you influence with him would also get you dark-side points.

I've always done as few LS point-rewarding quests as possible before trying to influence both GO-TO and HK-47. That way the DS-point I'll inevitably get won't have such a big impact. And I've never had any trouble getting full influence with them and, in particular, learning what HK has to offer. Now, when all that is out of the way, I get T3's influence up. He might seen like he is fully influenced, but I've run into the same situation as well. I just got me some more influence, and eventually he gives in. I can't say if that's the case with your game, but it sounds like it to me. Have you checked how much his influence is, percentage-wise? You can do that in an editor.

I've had a lot of games before where I finished with completely loyal and upgraded droids and LS Mastery long before the end on Malachor.
