Do think I shoulg get Fallout NV, I've played Fallout 1 and didn't like it.
But a buddy of mine told me this one is better, also it sounds cooler.
Soooo... do any of you think I should get it?
What do you think?

Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas aren't anything like the original Fallout (which I'd argue is a bad thing, but maybe it's a good thing for you). If you liked Oblivion or Mass Effect, then you'd probably like the new Fallouts as well.

I can't compare NV to FO1 because I've only played FO3 and NV. There's a bit of debate about what genre they belong to (RPG with some action elements, or FPS with some RPG elements) because they combine some characteristics of both.
Anyway, I liked both but enjoyed NV more. It seemed like most of the quests in NV (even the main quest) had more nuanced options for how to solve any given situation. If you enjoy it, it has pretty good replay value. I played it through several times with wildly different characters. Each time I ended up going places I hadn't been and meeting NPCs I hadn't met in previous play throughs (even the dialog with major NPCs that you encounter every time was significantly different).
So yeah, I would say it's definitely worth playing.

Can the answer to this question be "No"?
