Demo problem

Dose anybody have OXM "Offical Xbox Mag" because it has demos, and I have a problem. I have 3 of their disks that don't work, its their last 3 issuse. They are not scared up too bad, not even one and they don't work!?!?! Are they sending bad disk, because mine don't work.
