Transferring Character Files (games) from laptop to pc.

Transferring Character Files (games) from laptop to pc.

How do I get to transfer some of my games from my laptop to my pc? My pc has the MotB game (from my Gold Set) while my laptop doesn't. I didn't install the MotB game on my laptop and I don't plan to do so.

A flash drive usually works well...

Ok, in all seriousness, you'll need to know where the save files are located, transfer/copy them to some form of removable media (like the aforementioned flash drive) and transfer them to the desktop in the same location (directory). Getting the location of the save files will be up to someone else since, for that particular game, i have no idea.

On my system (Vista, 64-bit), the save files are in :

%USER%/Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/Saves/*.*

I'm not sure if this location is OD dependent, but it should give you a place to start.
