i downloaded daggerfall and my screensize is HUGE!

i downloaded daggerfall and my screensize is HUGE!

i got the free download of daggerfall and i started playing but now my screen is so big that i cant even see the full box that im typing in and i cant find out how to change it back. can some1 tell me how?
