Bann Loren lands

Replaying Dragon age Origins. There have been many DLC since the first time. I have a place on my map that says " Bann Loren's Lands". I go there and it tells me to go to Downloadables but doesn't tell me which one. Very confused. Where do I go and what do I do?. I assume I have downloaded this or it would not be on my map. any help?

As I remember it starts(or has something to do with it) the return to Ostagar DLC but not 100% sure.

This is correct. The "Return to Ostagar" DLC starts there.
