I like the Orc's...for two reasons, one...for their massive strength and if your a warrior class you get some awsome gear for them...and two their ability to take on even tougher opponents even if your a lvl 5 you get to take on lvl 8s..asuming if you had the right equipment including some twink gear as well...

I rather pick an Orc and a warrior, and Tauren as a paladin, due to cataclysm. So my suggest is that if you want to play as an orc, pick the Warrior class, because Orcs have Blood Fury, and it's recommended for Orcs. And if you want to play as a Tauren, pick the paladin class, because Taurens has endurance which the max health is 5%, also they're nature resistance, and War stomp. So yeah, those are the recommendation.
