I didn't pay much attention to Lahl the first couple of time playing BGI.
But that guy is turning up everywhere it seems! Not only that, he is either cloning himself or else has a lot of "kin-folk"!! :laugh:
Every time I return to the Nashkel Carnival I keep finding more and more Lahls running around.
(I realize the game is probably spawning them) It is funny though especially when you speak to him and he drawls a reply "I ain't got time, fer to talk to ye now." LOL, I think I hear banjos playing in the background.
I have also run into Lahl & his twenty something cousins, there's even one of him in Beregost. It's one of the very few "Easter Eggs" in the game. I also love his lines like "Sheep haven't been puttin out lately" , & "Weather's been lousy lately".
There are a lot of NPC's in Baldur's Gate 1 that have some great lines (Portolbenderwhinder, Aspel Willow, Bub Snikkt)...
Actually the game is out of the box and un-modded except for the official patch. No TuTu.

LOL, yes they do.
My favorite is Thanyanter (Sp) the mage in the High Hedge tower. After your first meeting him, when you click on him in order to trade with him he says, "Why do I live in an such a pissant town?" :laugh:
