Well I doubt I will ever be able to eat Creme Caramel again after this... though it might by why I am not so keen on it - and I wouldn't put it past the Belgians to 'whip it up' so to speak.
The mind boggles though on what other bodily secretions this author might be cooking with - perhaps he will write a book on seasonal produce!

Something needs to be mentioned though. I am no...connoisseur of that particular...ingredient, but the old saying "you are what you eat" is said to apply here. How does the...chef who created these recipes determine the...flavour profile from different...sources? Did s/he use multiple sources or their own private stash?
