Tactics question

Post by Fljotsdale »

Sorry, I have checked the Search option but can not find what I want.

It's a simple question, but the little manual does't say, I can't get an Origins Official Game Guide (not unless I'm willing to pay a ridiculous amount of money for it - which I'm not) and the Awakening OGG doesn't say either.

In the Tactics screen, which are the active tactics? The red ones (which I instinctively feel are OFF - ya know - red = 'danger', 'don't cross', 'don't enter', etc), or the light-coloured ones, which I feel should be the active ones?
Ok, I guess I'm stupid, but I'd still like to know, cos I want to use Tactics but am far from confident... :o

The tactics with red text involve enemies. The tactics in gold text involve everything else.

Each tactic has a "+" to the left of it. If the "+" is lit, then the tactic is active.

Oh! :speech: There should be a light bulb over the head smiley! Thank you, swcarter! I am most grateful! :)

But I still think there should be a couple of pages somewhere devoted to explaining the Tactics screen - DA Tactics for Dummies, perhaps? ;)
