Strange Error - Random grey lines.

Hello all,

All of a sudden when I'm playing KOTOR, I am getting this error. Can anyone give me advice on how to fix it?

Yeah, I had the exact same problem at that point in the game and it pops up later on too. I think I fixed it by turning off Grass in the Graphics options. While I was at it, I adjusted other settings under Advanced Options to make the game look a ton better (my computer can handle it easily, but the game is so old that it didn't know that).

I tried this, but It didn't work. Oh well, it's been months and the game is still broken.

Turning off the grass worked on mine... try turning on or off (whichever is opposite to your current settings) the V-Sync feature.
