Paladin Saving Throw bug?

Post by MasterDarkNinja »

I was reading the description of a Paladin when I noticed this line.

Adds Charisma modifier to all saving throws.

I did some experimenting with this however, and noticed a problem, the Charisma Modifier bonus never seems to show up on the Record page where you can view your character's saving throws. I've had saving throw numbers listed there that are lower then my paladin's charisma modifier.

Is this just a bug where the paladin's charisma modifier to saving throws doesn't show up on the record page? Or does the charisma modifier bonus not really work?

If I recall say you have 14 charisma +2... If your save is 1 then that would mean your save would have been -1 without the plus two. And so forth.

Negative charisma bonus can make saves worse I think.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

Opps...

I just did some more playing around with building new characters and comparing them and realized that it wasn't mistake.

Saving throws do show up correctly in the record page, you are seeing the saving throws with the charisma modifier applied to them.
