Missing Computer Command - SPOILER

I'm doing Mitnick's quest to put the various servers on the Nosferatu network, and I'm in the Kamikaze Zen, but when I access the computer to open the virus 'hooligan', the command isn't there. I entered it, and it just tells me it's an error. I've looked at the Status part of it, too, and there's just Status1 available. The Power section is just empty. I've done this with and without killing the guard. No cigar. I can't find any info on it, either, so I'm rather stuck on it. I really wanna finish it, too.

Edit: aaaaaand it looks like The Hitman Impass is also broken. I can't talk to Ji Wen Ja or whatever the Fortune Teller's name is.

I've got the True Gold Patch, but I haven't seen this issue come up for anyone else, either. Sigh.

Edit 2: I just noclipped through the first door in the Schrecknet quest and it worked out fine. Whatever. I can't get The Hitman Impasse to work, though - it requires TALKING to people... ewww! Heheh.
