Heather Missing

i started a new game with the new unofficial patch and the clan quest mod and when i got to the part where you find heather and she wasn't there but the talking icon was there but she wasn't and when i got to downtown and did the dane quest and she wasn't in front of the tower when i got back

The Clan Quest Mod is not compatible with the latest Unofficial Patch. You'll need to wait until burgermeister includes the patch into his next mod update!

but I got the latest version of the Clan Quest Mod after i got the new patch

The Clan Quest Mod already contains an almost up to date patch version. Still installing it on a newer patch may cause errors like the one you experiences, because modding Bloodlines is not easy and the mods need to change the same files...
