Re-install

I was having problems so decided to uninstall and then re-install SOA. Trouble is, as soon as I put the disk in, it asks me if I want to play. It's not giving me the option to re-install.
Any ideas, please?

This happened to me once. I ended up having to go into the registry and delete all entries on the game. That worked.

Control Panel and uninstall a program will also work.
One problem I have had though is that sometimes if you try to re-install into an identically named folder, it doesn't work. I think that it is something to do with the registry entries, and I'd rather not go there!

I think you're both right about the registry. Somewhere I'm not inclined to go.

You can use a free application such as Revo uninstaller to uninstall the game and automatically remove all of the registry keys associated with it.
