So I have finished candlekeep and got back to baldurs gate, I don't remember what I've said to Delothyr for the first time and he disappeared, I can't access thieves warrens (don't see stairs icon when clicking on the stairs). Inside flaming fist castle everybody is hostile apart from duke, didn't cure duke either.
And I can't really move to undercity using clua console. Any ideas what I should do?

You cannot enter Undercity before you have proven that Sarevok and not you is the evil one.
I recommend going to the duke and bringing him where he wants to be as next action. You can kill the flaming fist guards, but if you still have decent reputation it's better to sneak or run past them to avoid reputation loss.

Trying to avoid giving too much away, but at the top of the Iron Throne, there is a book and/or some papers that you will need in the Ducal Palace. If you have an invitation to Sarevok's inauguration that will also help. You usually get the invitation from the assassin in the undercellar. It may be that the assassin only spawns after a conversation. Tamako tells you about them. Talk to her outside sorcerous sundries and the Iron Fist.
There is a character near Tymora's Temple that says that he has an invitation. It may be possible to obtain an invitation from him, but unless you can pickpocket it, you would have to kill him and lose reputation. I have never got hold of an invitation that way, but it could work.
