Is there a mod that enables playing from Baldurs Gate/SOA/TOB as a single game? Or to carry the same characters through?
I'm sure this has been answered but I couldn't find it with the search engine.

Found something called Tutu. Is this the only option? It seems to include Sword Coast which I don 't like.

It can only include TotSC if you have it installed, although if you have the GoG version you may have no choice. Simply ignore the Sword Coast quests and areas if you don't like them, they aren't compulsory.

However Tutu doesn't allow you to transfer any NPCs to SoA, a major failing, but not one you can blame on Tutu as that screw up was made by Bioware.

Yeah, I never really liked the fact that they picked two of the most annoying NPCs from BG1 to start you off in the second game. The way BG2 likes to kill off beloved NPCs from the first game is also irksome. Oh well, it's still not as bad as those godawful novels.

I've got Baldur's Game Trilogy - BGT in short - and it does pretty much exactly what you need:
- all one game, start to finish
- it imports the party you finish BG1 with into BG2
- further more it imports ALL NPCs from BG1 into BG2 in exactly the state you left them in at the end of BG1
- there's even an option to import NPCs that don't normally show up in BG2 and add them around the world for you to find and take in your party - like Kivan and Shar-Teel( if you don't have them in your party of course)

The only problem would be that I don't think you can install it without TotSC though.
Here's the link if you find it interesting.
